Well, off late I have been into cisco. The day of my interview i have seen a man who interviewd me and asked me to write a couple of progs. He happened to be some1 who has been a integral part of india for last ten years. I was awed by the technical expertise of the man, and wished to be like him someday. He just managed to see ma coding and understood every part of it within no time and let me know where my prog went wrong, i was baffled , all my tutors after several dry runs could nva understand wat my logic was , but this man did it in moments. Then it happened that i joined cisco , and get to c dis man , he din notice me, i thought might be he nva remembered and he might have had lots of people whom he interviewd and there's no point in me being remembered, irrespective of the compliments i have got from him on my interview.

I finally got to see the other side of coin , beyond his technical xpertise... He's a humanitarian , he runs a club in the name of chennai trekker's club which blends fun with some social service and evnvironmental awareness. I m in love with the club now. It organises several events on social trekkin almost every alternate weekends. It provides platform for all the energetic crowd of this place to spend their weekend with peace rather being house arrested.

The workin of the club includes fun on humanitarian grounds. Social gatherings with something to do to the society. My anxiety continous to know about whats happening with us. A guy comes all the way from belgium and motivates the crowd in india , how did he start with it. how did the club keep growing?? and why could someone among us not start such an initiative to heal ourselves, our world , than being a machine workin frm 9 to 6 and resting on weekends. His energy , enthusiasm , proves that every1 of us could go beyond this 9 to 6 schedule...He's a role model for many energetic young people around us.

I wish every1 of us could do somethings like him or atleast join him and help ourselves and younger generations , by making our place earth a better place to stay in.. and I m eagerly waiting to be an integral part of the club than being a regualr voulunteer by attending its social gathering. waiting for it!!!!!!!!!!!

I have recently gone to a beach cleaning program in chennai, well it was an awsome experience where the localities of bessant nagar dumped some crap and some of the volunteers had to clean it up. This program had couple of immediate effects , the municipal commissioner being questioned about various sanity related problems, and few people braggin about their work , nva mind how much ever they have done. Well i kinda felt good to clean the stuff no matter what those words were i dint pay attention. After all that i have got couple of questions in my mind like, why dont the municipal people provide dustbins to the fishermen living on the shore of bessant nagar??? the consequence of which was the beach cleaning program, and fishermen laughing at couple of s/w engineers cleaning their areas... and of all this was an initiative taken by a guy from our office who is not an indian?? If he could go to such an xtent to clean up the city in which hes living , what are we doin ???? cleaning up his country??? and when the commmisioner or someone related to those muncipal authorities was talkin , i certainly had a doubt , wat actions is the so cald municipal corporation of chennai taking, and why is it in so worst a situation where a guy from belgium takes an initiative..... well of all I have got couple of things to share, well bloggin doesn help either too, cause most of the ppl dn like to read blogs... this is a bad media to reach the masses.. but to who ever ends up reading this we can ourselves help by:::

1) making sure v hold our commonsense not to dump all the litter on the roads, whether it be a chocolate wrapper or a thermocol covering of a fridge..

2) make sure the litter to be disposed of the houses are appropriately dumped in a dustbin..

well anythings of this sort that ur commonsense says "DON'T DO IT, UR SPOILING THE PLACE MF".

hope people who read this spread the word and keep the place they live like the way they keep their tables and rooms in office... and hope municipal people all work and atleast provide dustbins and clean them up atleast once in two days...

Well a gen learning..!!!!

Well of late i have been learning new stuff, rahter about life... It started when losing had been my habit.well i would rather say that it was somebody view that i lost, and for me as long as i m satisfied with myselves and my achievements i would consider myselves as a winner. well about a recent xperience. I was with infy for 6 months and then it happened that i could not clear my re-compre , consequentially i was kikked out.i was happy, i thought i was not eligible for such a job and i have something in store for me. but the people around me who praised me for all years for my performance , cos they could see some nice numbers on ma skore cards, started changing their opinions that i m a spoilt brat. and thank god the blame is all put on my undergrad colg VIT.lolz. i had many comments from people that i m not serious with life and as long as im jovial i could not grow with my career. and actually some of them who called me as their best friend ended up saying that hey jus knew me in skool or colg and taht they are not much aquainted with me..lolz..so the world which lokked beautiful and peaceful turned out the other way , and everthing for few days seemed ugly.its when u need to pik up courage and carry on and such moments give you actual learning than wats normal like writing a java code.If something could be pikked out of such situations im sure future does not give you such hard times..learning off late was :: " NEVER CRAVE FOR ANYTHING IN LIFE WHAT EVER IT MAY BE,(TO MOST PEOPLE A GAL WHO DUMPS THAT CHANGES THEIR WAY OF LIFE) WORK SMART AND MAKE THINGS COME YOUR WAY AND IF YOU MISS SOMETHING IN LIFE DONT LOSE HEART , ITS JUS THAT YOU HAVE A BETTER OPPORTUNTIY AND THE DOOR IS LIKE WAITING TO GET OPENED ITS WITH YOU TO SPOT THE DOOR....)
